I'm a Husband, Dad and consider myself incredibly fortunate. I love what I do and I take that into every business I have the opportunity to work with. If I'm not spending the weekend walking around historic houses with my family, I'll be on the golf course or watching the F1.

It is really tricky to hire sales people as, well, they are good at selling so you are never sure whether there is substance behind the sales pitch. Add on top of this that as an ex-consultant I am highly skeptical of consultants ability not necessarily to recognise the issue, but to be effective in execution.
You needn't worry with Candor as they are effective immediately, their pitch is accurate, and they deliver results. I would work with Jamie again any day of the week. It is hardly surprising that every company they work with tries to hire them.
